Return/Exchange Policy

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

If from any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may easily send the item/s back for a full refund or exchange. The refund will be as the value of the item minus the original shipping cost.
Returns must be made within 15 days of the original shipping date. Returns received after 15 days will only be issued as a credit for the full amount of the items you return.
Once the item has been worn, washed or the tags are removed it can’t be returned.
When returning items please make sure the original tags are attached and the item shown no signs of wear including sweat, make up, deodorant as such clothing cannot be accepted.
If you order an item that is not displayed on our website, whether by phone or in any other way, and the item has already been sewn according to your instructions, then the item cannot be returned nor replaced with another item.

Refunds:
Returns must be received within 15 days of your receipt of the shipment.
You are responsible for the return postage. Returns are typically processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the package.
Refunds will be applied to the paypal account used for the purchase. Refunds may take 1-3 additional business days to appear on your statement or in your account.

Exchanges:
You are responsible for return postage. We will ship the exchange items, and any additional items you would like, free of charge. This offer is extended for your first exchange only.
You may email us with the brand name, style number, size and color of the items you would like for an exchange so we can place them on hold for you as items can sell out prior to receiving your return package.
Exchanges are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days of receiving the package.
